Project Manager – Daniel Condrea
- is responsible for the good implementation of the project, respecting the budget and time constraints;
- coordinates, monitors and evaluates project implementation;
- prepares the post-implementation stage.
Financial Officer – Cristina-Laura Manole
- ensures the accounting record of the project;
- makes payments and approves the inclusion of purchases in the project budget;
- financially supervises public acquisitions.
Assistant Manager – Doinel Asofiei
- coordinates the secretariat within the applicant's office;
- ensures the application of methodologies and procedures;
- ensures the supervision of the organization of meetings and events within the project.
Tehnical Officer – Cristian Raicu
- Checks the specifications of a technical nature from: the specifications/technical specifications made by the consultant, as well as from the service contracts, supply, additional documents, etc.;
- Ensures the necessary technical documents for payment requests, verifies the reimbursement request documents and any other technical documents/situations requested by the financier and drawn up by the consultant;
- Checks the supporting documents related to the goods and services contracted within the project.
Acquisition Officer – Ramona-Luana Chirica
- It ensures compliance with the award procedures established by the legislation in force;
- Ensures public procurement procedures are carried out, respecting the legislation in force (Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement and Order of the Minister of European Funds no. 1284/2016 on the approval of the competitive procedure applicable to private applicants/beneficiaries for the awarding of supply contracts, services or financed works from European funds);
- Prepares the public procurement file.
Advertising manager - Roxana Bianca Anița
- Is responsible for increasing the visibility of the project in the university environment;
- Develops the content of materials for advertising campaigns to promote the upgraded website
- Develops content for advertising campaigns to promote the project online.
Activities Coordinator Partner – Bianca Barhan
- Monitors the implementation of the activities by the project partner, respecting the time schedule and achieving all the assumed results;
- Is responsible for coordinating the organization of programs aimed at developing skills/expertise at the workplace;

Advertising and information campaign officer – Viviana Pintilei
- Responsible for organizing the advertising and information campaign;
- Directly involved in all project publicity activities, within the limits of authority drawn by the project manager;
- Responsible for the organization and smooth running of events aimed at disseminating project results and project visibility actions at the level of the general public.

- Responsible for organizing the programs aimed at developing skills/expertise at the workplace: the workshop with the theme "The Library of the Future", the International Experience Exchange Program "Librarian work challenges", respectively the two conferences within BCU Iași.
Conference Organization Mediators - BCU

- Drawing up the guest lists for the BCU conferences organized at the end of the project, in order to promote the restaurant objective;
- Send the invitations to the participants and record the confirmation of attendance;

- Responsible for organizing the revitalization activities of the historical monument.
